Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sale or clearance offers
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@revotreetshoes.com
within 7 days of delivery. - Share your order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.
Exchange Policy
- Size or model exchanges are allowed subject to availability.
- Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item, return shipping is free.
- For all other reasons, return shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for quick resolution.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
