Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance offers
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@revotreetshoes.com
    within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.

Exchange Policy

  • Size or model exchanges are allowed subject to availability.
  • Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item, return shipping is free.
  • For all other reasons, return shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for quick resolution.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
